The proposal of a control system for a formalised decision-making process of revitalisation is in accordance with this information architecture. The entire methodology proposed relates to the application of consumer's value renewal of the product. Experts' standpoints are utilised in the procedural knowledge base which includes the information about the time sequence of starting and leaving some developmental activities. The product revitalisation control subsystem originates from this procedural knowledge base. The control subsystem converts this information into a binary format to enable detection of whether a consumer's quality lies below/above the reference value and at that the procedural knowledge base also receives this reference value. The control process is based on a synthesis of sequential (logical) function, the self-control mechanism of experts' decision-making (for the product value resumption regulation) is achieved via a reset-set (RS) flip-flop. Knowledge transfer encompasses a wide variety of activities that range from appearances in the media and at public forums to participation in bilateral projects, the commercial development of research, the application of expertise through partnerships and internships, and the inclusion of broader community influences in the curriculum to enhance the capabilities of graduates. The broader context to facilitate knowledge transfer activities is assessed, suitable channels identified and some hints to select the appropriate channels provided. As the benefits of knowledge transfer go beyond the simple financial return, factors supporting effective deployment of knowledge transfer function at universities include not only financial incentives, but also a combination of measures ranging from training knowledge transfer personnel, setting appropriate metrics to assess the performance of knowledge transfer processes, quality assurance schemes as well as barriers-removing policies to enhance mobility of staff and free exchange of knowledge. The influence of prices on profitability, elasticity of production, labour productivity dynamics, effectiveness of long-term assets and resulting cost changes are discussed in particular. Milk profitability was not significantly influenced by different prices in the individual states. The variation of prices in time was more important. The production is supposed to grow with delay. Milk yield (per cow and year) and number of cows per worker are the main determinants of labour productivity growth in the in-kind expression. The influence of prices on labour productivity in monetary expression among individual states is not as important as was supposed. Therefore, the need for supervision and inspection of these transactions is also increasing. One possibility is to accomplish control e.g. with the use of specialised mining instruments. The main disadvantage of this approach is the fact that the discovered suspicious transaction was completed long ago and it is impossible to change it. In such a case, we need to inspect and evaluate transactions in the real time still before their completion. But the complexity of real-time analysis of transaction rapidly grows with the increasing set of aspects of this assessment. This paper describes the conception, architecture and possibilities to utilize a system which contains mainly the on-line risk analysis and simultaneously it enables an automatic adaptation by the means of utilizing conclusions from a feedback analysis of mining instruments of the data warehouse. This system is suitable e.g. for the automatic on-line analysis of risks of credit card payments, authenticity of the submitted projects (at university), the submitted tax or customs declarations, etc. Without any detriment to generality, we shall use the last mentioned application domain for explaining the system properties. Three scenarios are simulated up to 2030: baseline, macro scenario and policy scenario. Simulation results indicate that GDP leads to a stronger effect on land use changes than the CAP. Stronger changes in land use are observed at the crop disaggregated level than at the aggregated level for the total agricultural area, arable land, grassland and permanent crops.
