Possible approaches to the solution of conflict situations in managerial practice

Strategies used in conflict solutions include: avoiding, adjusting, coercion, compromise and cooperation. Although in our sample of respondents the most efficient strategy (cooperation) ranked No.1, almost the same preference was achieved by the strategy of coercion manifesting the directive style of management, which is becoming ineffective under present conditions.Keywords:
