To determine the total content of aflatoxins, aflatoxin B1 and aflatoxin M1 in food the ELISA method was used. Milk, dairy products and cereal samples were mainly investigated. A few samples were found to be contaminated with aflatoxins. A great usability of the ELISA method for aflatoxin determination in food was established. Selectivity and sensitivity of the method is reported.Keywords:
